Ivan Bilitsky has graduated only rural school. As teenager learned to fix and make motorcycles. Then left for to the Russian city of Togliatti. 15 years he worked there at the Volga car. In Togliatti Bilicky erected his first car.

Bilicky began to erect limousines when he was back to Ukraine. The first was 6.5 m by length. It was sold for $ 10 thousand. Within few years, was rolled out six limousiness. Two of them – “BIL 2002 and BIL 2005” - master has remained for himself. To buy the details for "BIL 2002" was taken a loan worth of $ 30 thousand.

“I have purchased sheet metal, wheels, glass, the undercarriage and engine of 280 horse forces from the "Audi A8" – Belicky explains. “I worked in backyard. This is not difficult. The suspension I made by myself. I have the lathe. The shutters I sewed by myself also” - master smiles.
